What boat (s) are you building or do you own?: I am currently trying to decide whether to build a Tiki 38 or Tiki 46

We will be sailing our Tiki 46 through NY soon on our way south for the winter. We usually stop in Port Washington for an overnight before going through the City and then we stop to anchor in Atlantic Highlands near Sandy Hook for another overnight. If weather is not favorable, we stay put and wait for it to improve. Being retired, we wait and wait sometimes and visitors are always a happy diversion. Our boat is comfy at anchor in almost all weather conditions, so come visit if you wish. Ann and Nev

Nice hearing from you. We are both well but Nev has lost his balance so the boat is now for sale because it is too likely he will fall and maybe even fall over board. It is sad to be selling our boat but we are lucky to be in relatively good health still and he did buy a house just a few months before we discovered just how bad Nev's balance has become.

If you know anybody interested in buying Peace, let me know. $110,000 US. We had 12 years and over 50,000 miles of sailing, so we did enjoy that good boat. Now someone else will find that she is still up and ready for more of the same.
