we are keen to complete the construction of our Pahi, which was delayed by the Southland District Council and the RMA 91. This Pahi is unofficially called Southern Laughter. We do not yet have her name. We live in Bluff, Southland, NZ.

Looking to?

Complete her by 2012. Then take her up around the top of the South Island, NZ. She needs a mission.
