What boat (s) are you building or do you own?
At the age of 50 years it was the catamaran or the wife. I chose the wife. I'm now 81 and still have the wife but I want a Wharram 30' with Junk sails in each hull.

Go for it! Some dreams just must come true and you have certainly mulled this one over long enough!
I have seen Bertran's Tiki 30 back when he was still building it in Martinique and it is well built, with great care, and proper technique.

I'm pleased you like so much PHA.
Present time she is mooring on the Aulne river near the village of Rosnoen near la Rade de Brest in France. Her position is about 048°15.6'N- 004°13'W.
My asking price is 45000USD.
