I asked Ann and Nev about the rudders on their Tiki 46.. They built them from Gaboon ply which is reasonably lightweight and I wondered whether they had originally reinforced the lashing points in…Continue

Hey Don you got any pictures of these beautiful boats? Cause I'd love to see them.

Hi Don,
I read on the Wharram Newsletter that you have collected stories of Wharrams in heavy weather unfortunately the link is broken. Is this document available anywhere else?
Kind regards,
Mark
Mary and I would love to have you visit. Email me at Robbie.gabriola@gmail.com and we'll work out the details.
All the best,
Robbie
Hello Ron, I just came back from a trip with Hanneke and James on their Spirit of Gaia in Greece. Robbie and Mary were on the boat, too. I built a Hitia 14 two years back and now finish a Narai MK IV. So, both Hanneke and Robbie mentioned you and the modifications you made. I plan to modify mine, too, and would like to exchange ideas and experiences. E.g. I plan to make longer beams and attach them on the deck rather than in the troughs. So, I’d be very interested in hearing your point of view. Would you mind getting in touch with me? I look foward to reading from you! Cheers, Fabian
