What boat (s) are you building or do you own?

I am a professional yacht Captain on a 52 Meter power boat, My wife is Brazillian and we have a home in Ubatuba. I will retire in a few years and am interested in building a 12 meter power boat in Paraty or somewhere
Between Ubatuba and Angra. I may consider buying one used and refitting it myself, I am also a yacht engineer. If anyone could point me in the right direction
