I am:

What boat (s) are you building or do you own?
Unfortunately only a motorboat right now, never sail it, just try to finish the renovation and sell it. I am definitely not a Power boat user :-)
Country, City, and State?
Germany, Augsburg, Bavaria
About me or us?
I am a Biologist who worked for 20 years in Life Science industrial Sales and Marketing. Want to change my life to a more nature connected life style. I am sailing for 40 years now and have also good experiences with catamaran sailing. My first boat (my father's boat) was a Tornado and I never get used to the missing speed potential of Monohulls.
Looking to?
Changed my plans to be able to get a boat sooner. Now I am more tending towards a Tiki 30. Hope this will work out. For my family, wife plus 5 years old grand daughter a Tiki 30 should easily do it. However a 38 would be what I really want.

Unfortunately, no drawing. What I can say is that at assembly, the cockpit will have to come down vertically into the " hole ". There is not much clearance. Seems pretty stiff with the ( 4 ) vertical fore and aft plywood locker sides. Hope that you do the build.
