What boat (s) are you building or do you own?

I am planning to build a Tiki 21 in my back garden ready for Summer 2017. I have still got a little research to do to make sure that this is the right boat so I have yet to buy plans etc. All advice appreciated.

53yr old dreamer with basic woodworking skills (I used to build decking for a living) . Using this project gain skills prior to buying a larger boat 30+ ft to liveaboard on retirement (tiki 38 perhaps?)
