Yeah, 45ºx45º biaxial 300g is much more strong than 200g single (project specification). And may friend Alvaro, who work with keel in americas cup boats in 90's years, talk about colt the ply and when gel put the cloth and glass in sequence.

 

And your mast, you wil do again? New dry wood? If not, laminate external side with one cloth like my.

hey rogerio,i will go and pick up the new timber today,i will also glass the mast as scott has done on his mast on tiki element.
