Bulk heads and fillets being layered in.

Each layer of epoxy is applied just as the previous layer is going off or starting to gel. This ensures that the bond is a chemical one, not mechanical as it is on fully cured and sanded epoxy. This can be safely done with epoxy that does not blush during the curing process.

The reinforcing across the top of the bulk head is laminated ply from the off cuts.
