I think it is a sea slug, but they are elegant when they swim.  I think the spanish dancer is a colorful variation.  If you google sea slugs swim you get some youtube results. Here is one that looked just like it, but the colorful ones are amazing.http://youtu.be/tULCgK2JCvM
