Is it a Pahi 31? I am looking for more info on how it sail and the size of the accomodation. I am studying the possibility to build one.

Yes, it's a Pahi 31. I haven't sailed it yet - it's up on the hard and I'm working on it. It's 4 - 6 berths. Each of the main cabins can sleep two people (one more comfortably), and each of the aft cabins can sleep one person.

Would love to see more of it. Do you have more pictures, especially the inside to see the interior space. I am trying to figure out if it is my next sailboat project!

I think you need to make a video and post it on youtube to keep us up to date with your project.
