Starboard fore hatch. The line, supporting the hatch in the open, runs aft through bulkhead 3 with a stopper knot, to a small cleat. All of the deck hatches have this line, so they can be secured down, from inside the cabin. I know that it's no ocean solution, just coastal cruising.
