Hi Luis, the plans are called "L'il Nip" and were bought from the Duckworks website. (www.duckworksmagazine.com)
It's very light and great for rowing, and fits well on the foredeck of the Tiki 38, it motors ok with a 2HP but the stern is not quite broad enough if you put a motor on it.
