Gday Jean paul. lovely bamboo.When I made my ladder for I also had green bamboo.I used a gas blow torch to get rid of the moisture.I drilled small holes in every segment while heating the bamboo so it did not explode.I then cleaned the bamboo and epoxied it followed by some varnish.This greatly helped with the reduction of fungus getting into the bamboo and rotting it.

Gday Paul.

J'ai déjà coupé quelques bambous l'année dernière (5 cm de diamètre), et le séchage s'est fait naturellement. pas de fentes ni de problêmes de pourritures. j'ai choisi des bambous ayant déjà trois ou quatre ans d'age, ce qui garantis un bois plus dur. A voir maintenant la tenue dans le temps, je vais tester une protection par une peinture ou vernis gras des bambous.
