This bottom paint is supposed to be too slippery for marine growth to get a good hold on, and if the boat is sailed at least twice monthly and reaches speeds of 7-8 knots any growth will simply be sluiced off. Well, it remains to be seen! Nothing sticks to it, not epoxy, duct tape, masking tape, gorilla glue, shoe goo...it's quite amazing. It's a hydrophobic, low energy surface, and is completely inert; actually approved by the FDA for direct food contact!
