Could you please provide some information about the structure? What is the material of the roof? Are their beams? Glassing inside and out, how much? The project is looking very nice!

Hans, You can see more photos of its building in my blog :

http://wharrambuilders.ning.com/profiles/blogs/building-of-the-tiki...

All the pod is built with a sandwich plywood/foam or reinforcements/epoxy and glass :

- the vertical sides are made of 12mm plywood/ 30mm of foam or stringers or reinforcements/ 2 glasscloth layers biaxial of 600g/m²

- all the other parts ( main bulkhead, windows sides, roof and bottom are made of 6 mm plywood/ 20mm of foam or stringers or reinforcements/ 2 glasscloth layers biaxial of 600g/m².

There is no glass cloth inside except to reinforce the junction with 2 panels of plywood.

As for the roof of the hulls I prefer to cover the foam with glass instead plywood because I'm sure there is no void ( with the plywood you don't know if all the surface of the plywood is well glued to the foam) .

Thanks, Bertrand. I always learn a lot from these information and it also gives me new ideas. Well done!
