if I got it right you use tacktick wireless instruments on Moku. I am considering to buy the set of wind and depth/speed for my Tiki 30 Pelegrinus- what are your experiences concerning reliability? Thanks
The tack tick instruments have been fine. They are probably 15 years old now. I have changed the batteries twice and replaced the anemometer once and serviced the speed transducer once. The depth transducer is in an oil bath in the hull and shoots through a fiberglass window in the hull. I have brackets on each side of the pod so I can move the display on each tack. I also have the wireless interface so I can stream the gps data to the display
