I own, since only a short time, a large Wharram which is located at Bowen, Australia. The boat, Cool Change, was in transit to me, under sail with the previous owner and crew aboard, when unforeseen circumstances forced them to anchor in Bowen Harbour. Soon after that, the vessel dragged anchor during tropical cyclone Koji and was pushed against a jetty, sustaining damage to the cabin tops and losing the starboard rudder.
I and others have since secured damaged parts and made temporary repairs to the cabin top. Currently it is on a government mooring.
Although I would dearly love to take delivery and make her my own, at this time I have little capacity to properly repair the vessel. I need to either pass her on to a new owner or allow her to be removed from her current mooring and destroyed.
I offer her for sale here - ideally to someone considering constructing their own boat, who sees the opportunity of two good hulls and beams, with electrics and some other useful stuff, that can get them closer to their dream. I would like to negotiate a price that somewhat defrays my own costs.

Hello Wharram enthusiasts!
Cheers,
Andrew
