Yanmar deisel outboard ?Indonesia
before putting gas outboard on our boat I looked for Yanmar diesel outboards. I found one but it was not running at all and I never went to see it. They have quit making them and there a couple of new ones for sale in germany for $15,000 and $18,000. I found some used ones in Jakarta, Indonesia around $3,000 each. But giving money to people I don't know does not thrill me. Does anyone have connections there?.

Thanks. I see now that this is an old topic. Do you know if there are any customs/duties to pay and what they may be like?
