A Photo & Discussion Forum for Wharram Design Enthusiasts

Hi everyone, I am the proud new owner of an old Tiki 26 which needs a new fore-stay for the mast.  (The mast is down, having fallen overwinter on the mooring) .  I don't have the original plans and I need the dimensions of the fore-stay that I need to buy.  Please would you help, if you know this information?  I need: length, gauge (thickness) and some idea of which fittings to put on the ends.

Secondly, I hope to fit some kind of roller-furling for the jib (home-made?)  Any comments from you experienced Tiki sailors would be very gratefully received.

As you can guess, I'm a newbie!  But very excited to be here and looking forward to meeting members of this group one day, hopefully on the water.

Here's the description from the original plans giving the dimensions and how it's measured.
