I have a Tanenui 28, for sale. She is on a mooring in St.Aubins harbour in Jersey, Channel Islands UK.   She needs new bulwarks but is in otherwise good condition.   She is the subject of the book "Attempted Escape From Western Civilization by homebuilt wooden catamaran"  (available on Amazon or Lulu).  Would accept £3500, or sell a share to a UK based owner.  Cheers Tim.

Merci pour ta réponse si rapide !  Jumble correspond au bateau que je cherche pour naviguer dans le secteur de La Rochelle … J’ai vu sur les photos qu’ il y a des réparations à faire !
Peux tu me donner des indications sur l’équipement du bateau ... les voiles disponibles , moteur , ? As tu quelques photos de l’intérieur , du pont, du bateau sous voile  …

Hi Jean Paul the boat needs a few repairs, she comes with excellent 4 stroke outboard, anchor, chain, roller reefing, spinnaker, staysail. mainsil, genoa....she would be great for La Rochelle area.  She is a very fast boat, I have sailed at over 17 knots in her!  Probably best to meet in Jersey to see her!   My main email is [e-mail]  cheers Tim.

Tim,  Thank you for your reply.  I live in a very rural area so if you could maybe help me to find a shipping company that could move the boat, I would be most obliged.  I shall do the same from here.  Could you please confirm your selling price and may I see some pictures of her?  I don't mind any work that needs to be done to her.  I'm afraid I am fairly experienced at working on boat repairs.  Thanks very much.

im I need some information on the boat.  Your post code, weight of the boat, cubic meters of space when disassembled etc.  Everything for shipping company.  If you have a company near you, and if you find out the costs involved, they could invoice me if we are in agreement and I can arrange a wire transfer.  If you can't, I have to do it thru London from here.

Could you give me your post code.  All the sites for quotes ask for it.  And does Jackson Yacht services have an email address.  I will try to find them on the web and maybe it will be posted.  When I get your email, I will have your email address as well so we can keep in touch easier.  I don't come to this site everyday.  Spent my whole adult life racing ocean going yachts and am desperate to get sailing again.  Why are you selling yours?
