I am offered an unfinished tiki31 modified project. The main modification is the original V-shaped lower part of the hulls were  done in stripplanked red cedar. The thus created round bilges result in a  massive increase of hull volume. To prevent leeway, daggerboards are installed in each hull. I have no idea how these modifications are influencing the sailing abilities and if the daggerboards will compensate enough for extra leeway going upwind. Is there any experience within the Wharram community about this or does anyone know where I could find information.?
