Been making steady improvements on this boat for 3 years running. I have twice what I'm asking invested in the boat. Also just has a survey done on it and came back clean as can possibly be with a sailboat. I can provide the survey upon request.

Seller has been through the wringer, has nothing whatsoever to hide. If you are a scammer or some other type of fraudster please find another victim as I've taken more than my fair share.
