tiki 38 bits - rough prices

Hi.
I am looking to buy a tiki 38 in need of some TLC.

Trying to negotiate an honest deal with the seller, so hoping to get a rough idea for prices of things I'll need to fix.

Plywood and epoxie is easy to work out ;)
However, any clues about

* standing rigging? (If I knew a rough length, perhaps could do the maths.)

* wooden deck planks?

* a jib and code0 for tiki 38?

* a cross beam?
