First coastal cruise for the season. 100 NM up the coast past Pt Reyes and back over two days. Every muscle in my body is sore - I don't know how Rory McDougal does it.

It's definitely hard work sitting for long periods on a Tiki 21. I spend a lot of time standing !

very nice. how does the clew board work out?

I've just spent a silly amount of time making "proper" seats for the cockpit/cabins  - it is way more comfy and also easier to get it and out. The soreness on this trip was mainly because the conditions were so bouncy - bounced around like a tennis ball.

The clew board does seem to work. In lighter winds I use a higher hole to close the leech a bit, and the lower holes when there is plenty of wind.
