<p>I arrived at about the same dimension of crossbeam out of aluminum , may i ask what wall thickness you selected and what alloy # you selected . there are so many varibles , i want to use what has worked for you . Seems a little heavier in weight .</p>

Sailed in all sorts of weather, the hulls still flex independently. No rot or water ingression. The Hinemoa plans<br />
Specify bolts ( pre tiki design).
