Unique Taneui/Tiki hybrid + beautiful mooring for sale

Hi all Wharram fans, my lovely Tacenui Mae has to be sold due to a change in my circumstances. If you fancy taking up the Wharram lifestyle with a boat resembling and close to in size a Tiki 30 but with standing headroom and based on the wonderful Exe Estuary Devon U.K. This could be the perfect package for you. The boat is currently being refitted on a private beach berth outside the workshop and by a professional Exmouth Boatbuilder were she winters at a small cost, and saves expensive haul out and storage ashore. She has liveaboard capabilty but if someone fancies a little project in building an accommodation pod this would make a great boat even better. This package would cost a fraction of the money and time in building from scratch and laying your own mooring. She is about to be re listed with the broker I bought her from Scott Brown Multihulls, the photos are the same as used 3 years ago she is now Green and Black not yellow and black. The mooring hardware is owned by me the landlord is Powderham Castle Estate who collect annual mooring dues for the Government the new owner would have register with Powderham Estates as the license is not transferable, The mooring is custom designed for the boat and serviced annually plus top chains etc stored ashore each winter. The annual mooring dues are around £300 and is in an enviable position close to Cafe on the Exe bistro and the new landing pontoon of Starcross Fishing and Cruising Club which is well worth joining for storage of dinghy and outboard the club is very friendly has a nice bar and has a year round social calendar, again not expensive it even has a webcam so you can keep an eye on your boat at all times. I cannot advertise her elsewhere at a different price than with the broker which is Offers around £8,000 for the whole package but if you are quick and accept that a 20 year old wooden Wharram does need regular maintenance as the refit commences you could get a unique bargain.

Hi John I thought I added a reply to this, but it seems not to show, easiest way is to send me your mobile phone number I can nip down and take some pics for you, I'll show the lovely professional repair before repainting but she is minus rudders at the moment awaiting new items to be made, she really is a lovely boat.
