- I am a steel worker living in WV, but I grew up on the Chesapeake and want to get back in the water. Building a Tiki 30 in a barn in WV. The project started in 2008-2009, but stalled out and sat collecting dust in a barn. Suddenly the bug has bitten again, and I am back at work on the boat.

- I have 3 stages of pipedreams about the T30, when it's finished:
1: Dunk it in the upper Chesapeake and get used to it for a season or two in the waters of my childhood.
2. Trailer it down to Chincoteague and give have it's maiden blue water voyage be a coastal hop to Norfolk and back, hopefully taking my family to the Rudee inlet for an overnight stay in Virginina Beach to thank them for gettin on a boat with me.
3: Would love to stick the boat in a container and have it shipped to Vietnam or Thailand and retire there with the boat, sailing in Halong bay, from Haiphong and Cat Ba, down around the coast and up into the Gulf of Thailand. Would dearly love to sail as far north as Korea and Japan one summer.
