I own a 36ft Tangaroa which has been stolen in Miami by a delivery captain whose name is Robert Edinger, last comunication sept 9 2009,supposedley from Exuma in the Bahamas, but boat could be anywhere on east coast or Caribean. I am offering a 1000usd reward for information leading to the recovery of the boat 0034-663-085717
I suggest a website or photo album that is a little easier for the lay_person to click into and get the story and the pictures. I like this web site/forum a lot but even though I do a lot of computer/web work and it took me a pretty good while a a couple visits to figure out the stolen boat pictures and the story so I hesitate to point everybody here. Otherwise if the web interface gets easier I would post links a bunch of places. (e.g. metal boat forum, wooden boat forum, cruisers forum, seven sea cruisers forum to name a few.) Best of luck, for the moment I will send a few emails.
Hi,
We are in Abacos, Bahamas and will keep a look out for your boat. I am not very good at computer but there is a site you might have missed - cruisers@oii.net and put the "stolen boat" in the subject line. All our friends will also keep watch.
Best wishes for quick recovery, Ann and Nev
