Hei Glenn and welcome. I sail a 21 which I didnt build, and am sitting on plans for a 26, which I got from James 15 years ago! If I was young again, and had the possibilety to build, I would start with the 21. You will learn a lot about the prosses, and about your needs or wishes. If you love it, keep it. If you find out that you NEED a bigger one, you start on that, or look around for a used one. In Norway the matirial costs are very high, it was much cheeper for me to get a slightly damaged one, then to start to build. So thats where I am. I am willing to answer any questions you may have.
