The book is the AYRS book Cruising Catamarans published 1972 (Editor John Morwood). The other pictures of the French Tane are of the French book "pas de panique a bord" and the other junk rigged Tane and the Tehini with bemudan ketch rig from Multihull International magazine 1973 and 74.  Regards
