hello Chris,

it" build from 3cm hous isolation foam, has a flat bottom who becomes a bit bollow, and 80mm rainpipe,
both are cuverd with 2 layers of glass 500 gram .
the hole thing is easy to pull on your boat,if you sit backwards you come on the land with dry feet ! and it cost realy a few penny"s to build,if you like the design i can take some messurements and more pictures.

greetings,

Marco

Hi Paul, the hous isolationplates work great, you can cut/sand them perfect,if you make radius they glas very easy.
i glued 3 that gives a lenght of 360,and made it 60 on the widest point, the hull is 30 high.
tape the stem and stern,if you bent the two parts open you see the bottom is becoming a bit bollow,i glued the foam with polyuritan glue
the beams are 200cm from eachother and 130 long, you can sand them easy if you put dubble sided tape on the beam you get the right sice after glassing.
where you sit i made a stuth in the middle from foam,if the hole thing gets a bit more rigid you can sand a sweep the floor stick on stem, stern and the ama,on the places where beams are binded is a peace of wood like a icehokey puck glued in the foam .

greetings Marco
