Rogerio, do you have issues with the glue line separating on your tillers? We just got back from staying in Mexico for 6 months and they Raka tillers are forming a slight separation on the glue line. Do you know the best way to fix this issue?

You need reinforced the Tillers with one glass tape around the tiller, where fail...the epoxi suffer with sun.

That's often a problem if you glue oak with epoxy.  I've made new tillers using ash instead of oak.

Thanks for the help amigos! The crack was very shallow and not a huge problem in the tillers. Time for new varnish as last year passed very quickly. Sitting in la Paz Mexico after doing bottom paint and fixing some crack in the hull after sailing down from Washington last year.
