Jig for laminating the yards for the square rig

Needed are 24 yards (6 per mast). They are all the same, except for the top yard, which needs extra stability. Length 3.4 m, sail length (width) 3 m. The sail is held in an aluminium bolt rope profile. The sail is flat like a bed sheet and the yards hold it in a profile similar to a genoa. I have used many ideas from the junk rig.
