Hitia 17- Alternative Mast Construction

The part I'm preparing to route will become the pattern for the ten mast alignment jigs. Each side of the jig interior must be precision cut to the size of the intended mast. SInce I removed most of the waste with the jigsaw, I can use my lighweight 1/4" router and top piloted 1/2" router bit. Each cut requires the alignement board to be moved.
