Something for the sophisticated builders to scratch their head. Not only has Phefo 4 masts and can be sailed single handed, she also sports this rather flashy smoke stack (funnel or chimney) from her diesel stove. No, it does not interfere with the sails.
Deck salon with stylish bimini over wheelhouse and aft seating and passage deck. In the foreground the bow section of the nested tender Pefli and to the right the aft section of the port hull of Phefo.

Will the pipe get hot? How have you sealed between pipe and roof? You got enough air comming in to feed the fire? Otherwise looks ready to move in to, real nice.

Thanks for your comment. See www.dickinsonmarine.com for technical details. I have the Bering diesel stove. They have a very carefully engineered solution for the through hull fitting. Your questions are absolutely justified. Of course the chimney gets hot. It will of course be shortened and topped by a H-shaped device that also works in storm and down draft conditions and keeps the rain out. I don't know what happens if a wave manages to enter (unlikely?) and falls on the glowing hot 45 kg stove. Sauna?
