New beams made from Plywood ?

Hi, is there any experience to build the Tiki 21 beams with plywood. in the plan from J.Wharram is only one piece from the Beams made from plywood. I want to build the hole beam with plywood.

Is there somebody with experience to build the beams in this way. Thanks for answers.
