<p>Actually they are not that hard to make out of wood. You could use good clear decking timber and glue up. If you decided you didn't want to paint them you could just graphite and epoxy a thin v around the glue line to protect from uv or use resorsinol glue or you could epoxy up and paint. Fun little project</p>
