Raise the masts of the Tiki 38

This is Giovani from Tiki 38 Amelia, currently living aboard in Paraty- RJ, Brazil, a region of light winds.
I am studying the possibility of increasing the masts to 12m, changing the service sails, installing a bowsprit and installing a screecher and a gennaker sail.
Any suggestions?
The idea would be to increase the masts in the TOP region, increasing them with an aluminum tube, leaving approximately 1m inside the wooden mast and 2m above.
