Project boat 30'-46'

I am looking for a project boat I would prefer a Tiki 46 or 38. However, I am open to any wharram between 30' and 46'. If it's in the United States that would be best but for the right deal I'd go elsewhere in the world. Half-built, dilapidated, sailed too hard, or just looking to get rid of your boat to someone who will take it around the world, whatever the case I'm interested. <10k.
