Can you describe more precisely what "needs TLC on topside" and "cross beam repairs" means?

Do you have any other photos of the interior/exterior?

Can it be readily inspected at its berth in Guatemala?

Jake & Cathy,
This looks like it may be a good fit for us. We're looking for a Wharram to cruise on with our young daughter. I've e-mailed you and am looking forward to your reply.

Hello there to Budget Boater and Caleb Wright.  Just wanted to let you know we received your posts and we will put together a project list for you this evening and some more photos too so you can idea of the work that needs to be done to the boat to determine if it is a good fit for you.  We live and work here in San Francisco.  the boat is docked at Nutria Marina and if we can arrange for our dock master to show you the boat if we are not able to meet up with you ourselves.  Hope to chat with you soon.  - Cathy, 415-519-1051
