<div>Not sure of the ply thickness on tiki 30? I built a boat out of 9mm and had this problem on the floor of the deck, even with 3 longitudinal fames ruining the length (6 ft). I solved it by adding heavier frames (30mm x60mm hardwood, 3pcs, 30mm touching the bottom) screwed to the bottom with big screws entering the wood at diff angles.</div>
