<p>From the photo it looks like you nicked your sprit off a Hobie cat.</p>
<p>Do you find the sprit better than tacking your kite to the windward bow?</p>
<p>I tack my kite to the windward bow, but it is symmetric. Found a sprit to be too much to deal with.</p>
