Event Description
We are planning a Wharram get-together / meet for January 2011. Currently it appears that Kawau island will be the place. I suggest we can anchor in one of the bays in Bon Accord Harbour. Some will be sailing from the South (like myself) so it will be a leisurely cruise and likely a stop at Mahurangi. Dates between 5/1/2011 and 15/1/2011. Please advise most suitable dates...
We are a friendly bunch of people, so anyone with an interest in Wharram cats is welcome to come along, share ideas and experiences!

should be sailing the gulf around that time, altho my present cat is for sale on trademe at the moment [ 46 performance cruising} i should have another by then, may look at the pahi down south. if you want people without boats to get there then kawau is good but also mahurangi ,motuihe or waiheke have ferry access. i have had a couple of oros before in auckland, dave

Hi Hans.
I'm sailing up tomorrow morning (3rd jan) and will stay at either mahurangi or kawau tomorrow night. Yes, a few activities planned such as some island exploring and sailing. Hope to get some fishing in too. See you guys soon! Cheers
